Denny Kellington Biography:-

Denny Kellington joined the sports medicine team at Syracuse in 2005. From 2011 to 2017, he was the head trainer for the Orange football team.

He was in charge of all parts of the football team’s athletic training, and he also guides the graduate assistants on the athletic training staff.

Kellington is from Midwest City, Oklahoma, and he went to Oklahoma State to get his bachelor’s degree in health and human performance in 2000. After he graduated, Kellington worked as a training intern for the Denver Broncos of the NFL from 2000 to 2002. He was given the job of assistant trainer for the NFL Europe team Amsterdam Admirals for the 2002 season.

After NFL Europe, Kellington worked for Ohio State from 2002 to 2004 as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. During his time with the Buckeyes, he was in charge of the care and recovery of field hockey and women’s lacrosse players.

Kellington is a member of the New York State Athletic Trainers Association, the National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA), and the European Athletic Trainers Association (EATA). He is the Atlantic Coast Conference Sports Medicine Association’s treasurer right now.

Kellington has first aid, CPR, AED, and SASTM certifications. He lives in Jamesville with his wife Jennifer, his daughter Sydney, and his son Bryton.
